By using this website you accept these terms. The content here is provided for general information about our tracking and telematics services. It does not form part of any contract until we have issued you a written quotation and you have accepted it.

Quotations and pricing

Prices shown on this website, including monthly rental figures, are indicative starting points, exclude VAT and depend on the device, subscription term, vehicle type and installation required. Your written quotation is the price that applies.

Installation

Where an engineer attends your premises you agree to provide safe access to the vehicle or asset and the keys required. Self install kits are supplied with fitting instructions and must be fitted as described, otherwise reporting accuracy and any insurance approval may be affected.

Subscriptions and monitoring

Tracking platforms and police response services are provided by third party partners under their own service terms, which we will supply with your quotation. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted mobile network or satellite coverage, and no tracking system prevents theft or guarantees recovery.

Liability

We take reasonable care in everything we source and fit. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the charges you have paid us, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of use or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
